洗澡間都發黴了，一股臭味，馬桶味道簡直坐不下去薰**，房間設備簡陋，沙發猶如地攤收來的，拖鞋特別小，衹適合小朋友穿，屋裡設備看起來嚇人，一晚上沒睡着，一輩子第一次不愉快的住宿。
到點準時停電，前台打電話服務很差，特別差的那種！

酒店配有免費停車位，前台小姐姐服務熱情，房間整潔乾淨，給人的感覺很舒適，床躺上去很軟，很舒服，酒店的價格很實惠！下次來玩還會過來住！

設施：三星，都很好，環境啊整體的條件都不錯，唯一美中不足就是洗漱用品沒放進去

我是布爾根酒店的老住客了，因為商務出差基本隔三差五就會來這家店住。之前的入住體驗都不錯，但是5月13號週六晚上八點多的入住改變了我的看法。兩位前台小姐姐的態度真是一言難盡，手一伸表示要證件，全程辦理入住一個字都沒有説，全程拉個臉不耐煩的感覺，我在想是不是我來入住耽誤你們玩手機了還是追劇了……第一次感受到服務行業會有如此冷漠的人。本來挺好一家酒店，服務這塊問題太大，以後可能不考慮再去了。
