It was very beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and very kind. I booked it as birthday trip and they heard me talking about it and gave me a bouquet of roses, Adil the cleaner was very kind and helpful. The food at the buffet wasn’t that great especially breakfast felt like there were not much options, the spices are limited to cater to non ethnic people ( which I understand). But it wasn’t bad food. All inclusive but no soft drinks included or fruit juices! Only provide fruit juices at breakfast.

I would not advise Steigenberger residence Doha. Sometimes we encounter a situation which makes it impossible to reach the destination, in this case a transit Visa, and the hotel just keeps all the money. We stay in hotels often and had other hotels that always tried to think together to find a solution, but Steigenberger residence Doha is not one of them.
