Absolutely beautiful the view from the room the cornice is a stunning view and above all the inside mall was great to avoid the summer heat..

They are very helpful,coneccted with city centre mall. They have nice pool. They need to improve coffe in the morning.

Nice place to stay and directly connected to the mall

Positives: Excellent location with easy access to the city centre and West Bay area. The pool is decent and great for cooling down. Were told as rooms were booked through Trip so they are on different floors? Totally silly and unreasonable excuse. They eventually managed to find connected rooms. Negatives: Housekeeping is very basic, and the interior feels dated. If you're staying in one of the rooms with large windows, be aware that the air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool, as it gets a lot of direct sunlight and can become quite hot. Shower head and loo's lever broken and leaking. I also wouldn't classify the services as being at a true 5-star level. Also only valet parking so be prepared to wait during the rush hour. No sign boards posted for car access from the rear so it was a bit of a struggle to find our way in.

Had a surprise party for a friend, staff were very accommodating and helped with it. Excellent service and great for the price.

Laundry service took over 2 days despite same day promise. Also, too expensive. Massage on 7th floor was excellent!!

Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Facilities such as the fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. Overall, I highly recommend City Centre Rotana Jeddah for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service truly made my stay memorable.
