First pool staff behaviour was very rude. No geyser in room after complain they installed. Buffet breakfast were provided after long argument with staff. Deducted the money very simply but when it came for service they are very poor and always making noise that they will charge.

Fairly good hotel. 5 minutes walk from the sea beach. The morning breakfast is great. But the price of food is a little high.

Disgusting, broken and dirty place. Don't go by photos or claims they pot-ray. The frontdesk tries to allotting rooms below your booking category and the replacement rooms were broken as well. No welcome kit toiletries, other amenities that come with booking and mentioned given. Only lame excuses. All the bathroom's condition are pathetic and will give you the feel of public toilets.

Receptionist behaviour was very rude. There was aslso food from they didn't allowed the packed food in the hotel. They checked our bag. I don't have photo
