The room was very comfortable.
Because I had to leave early in the morning, the shuttle bus to the airport was very useful. Thank you.

訂了早班機，頭一天入住酒店。大一新生寒假回家，剛滿18歲， 另外的酒店不讓入住， 臨時改到這家酒店，提前打電話問了前台， 確認滿18歲可以入住。酒店的接送機服務很棒，酒店周圍好吃的也挺多的，還能叫外賣到房間。免費早餐居然凌晨3點就開始供應了，房間也挺乾淨的，距離機場非常近。這次體驗非常棒，下次還會來住。

Who ever checked me in was so kind! Who ever answered the phone for my airport shuttle was not. The room was dusty since I checked in. It’s a good place to stay when you need to get to the airport

I could not get towels.. My heat did not work and it was chilly that evening. The staff did not speak good English and was not polite or helpful..
They said it was going to be a hot breakfast the breakfast that was prepared was not considered hot in my eyes!!

Staff was not helpful, ran into an id issue staff would not consider anything other then a robotic response or offer any info on how I could resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing. Horrible customer service.

It was clean and aesthetically nice, but it was supposed to have a hot tub/spa and they said they shut it down. I specifically picked this motel to use the spa for theraputic reasons and it was not available.

Room is okay. Walls are thin. Not a lot of choices for drinks or snacks since vending machine only takes cash.

Did not appreciate having to send credit card information again over the phone to ensure my son could check-in. felt like I was being held hostage.
