Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Denarau Island

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Great hotel. Lots of things to do within the resort, very friendly to kids. Plus other activities like the watersports point (those ppl were amazing too). Amazing staff. Hotel itself is fine. Reasonably clean and well-equipped. Actually very pretty with a lot of greenery and foliage around, that felt much more natural and authentic, than just a green lawn that resorts tend to sport these days. (like for ex Sheraton next to it has. We preferred Radisson's look) Our only problem was, that the quality of coffee was pretty bad and we ended up having to walk to the neighbouring Sheraton to get a good cup of coffee.

The highlight of our stay at the Sofitel has been The Journal Lounge team, both front and back of house (too many to mention by name). Over our stay we enjoyed quality food & beverage and exceptional service from all the lounge staff. They are Fijian hospitality professionals who are very proud of their work. Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia. The reason why I booked this apartment is because it is big enough. It is very comfortable for a family of 3 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the day we arrived in Fiji, it rained heavily and some roads were flooded. Taxis were not accepted. The price is 30 Fahrenheit on weekdays. I asked for 60 Fahrenheit to try. It was really good. No, luckily he found a truck for us. He charged us 30 Fei and paid another 60 Fei for the truck. It was dark and a bit scary. We delivered it to the hotel without any accident. Our hands were wet and we were very embarrassed. Fortunately, The staff were very enthusiastic and asked us to wait for an hour to check in early. The apartment is very close to the pier. If you are visiting the main island, it is very convenient. The nearby bars are good for drinking. You can also order takeout from Zhongxin. There is a supermarket but no market, so The kitchen was useless. In short, it is not recommended to come to Fiji during the rainy season. It rained heavily that day and all the boats to the outer islands were stopped. Fortunately, I did not book a boat to the outer islands that day.

Our relaxing and beautiful stay in a 2 Bdrm Villa was everything we could have expected and dreamed of. 5 of us enjoyed a truly “Fijian” experience, in every way, from the ever-present Bula smiles whenever we met or passed a staff member, to the genuine “Bula Mr Barry” greeting at every turn. The expansive and gorgeously tropical pools and surrounds, and the “quieter” villa pool were near-perfect. While orange may not be my fave furniture colour scheme, (and the room amenities need to be brought into the 21st C …eg accessible USB ports), it is always the delightful Fijian personalities and culture that stands out and makes the experience soooo wonderful. Must thank the superb service of Melia and Mishel at brekkie, and the inimitable and incredible “Milla- the Omelette Queen” who tirelessly met EVERYONE’s requests. Special mention to Kitti at the Tatavu restaurant for really making our celebrations VERY special and memorable ( and oh so melodic) indeed … lovely touches everywhere. They may well have all been expertly and professionally overseen by a very experienced and magnanimous Elenoa G, (F & B M) who looked after our very specific request most efficiently. Kudos also to Rita, Housekeeping supervisor, and Merewai at the front desk for their superb and helpful service … and smiles. VINAKA Vaka Levi to all. Hope to see you again soon! A 5 minute walk from port Denarau, spacious 2 storey apartment, comfy beds, easy check in/out, great hotel info detailing local restaurants. a great place for an overnight stay. downside is there's no real cafe/restaurant on site. we went to indian rest at port called Indigo, was the best we've ever had.

First time for our family (2A, 2C under 8) to visit Club Wyndham and boy did we all love it! There is something for everyone, the kids LOVED kids club. Mere and Sala were so loving, kind, energetic and patient with our girls. They loved telling us what new things they made or activities they did and it gave us the time to enjoy the peace and quiet and meet new people. The rooms were so spacious and homely. We had 4 room changes during our stay and each one the kids were so excited to see their room. Loved that there was everything you need in the kitchen, super helpful when we went out to the market to buy fresh fruit. The staff, the staff are AMAZING! We arrived as guests and left as family. The staff spent their breaks playing with our kids in the pool, entertaining them, loving them, it was such an experience - it obviously showed when it came time to say goodbye, my girls were so sad and gave the biggest hugs to everyone. We were so blessed to have a few of the staff serenade us with a farewell song as we departed.They really did make our trip so incredible, we cannot wait to come back at the end of the year.
