It's already more than 7 o'clock in the evening to accompany my parents from Ruoqiang to Delingha in Xinjiang. If I booked a room online, considering Vienna is a well-known chain store with a good reputation, I chose it! Maybe it’s the tourist season. The front desk is very busy. I waited for about half an hour and came to me to handle it. My parents are 80 years old. I booked a deluxe standard room. I live with my parents and take care of them. Bed, I live in a bed by myself. The waiter asked me to pay 100 yuan to upgrade my family room. He clearly told me that it is the peak tourist season and cannot upgrade me for free. After hearing this in my heart, I don’t know what it feels like...? The most annoying was that I ordered a meal with my parents on the second floor of the hotel. I was even more annoyed. I ordered a chili fried pork. It was all fat and not lean! After talking to the staff, they said it was a discount for me, but the discount was indeed discounted, and 8 yuan less... I really want to say "thank you"! I don’t need your discount, I don’t want to talk too much after a day of tiredness! The service attitude is very bad, and it does not match the name of Vienna at all! When I arrived in the room, the label on the sheets had not been torn off... The carpet was very dirty... It was terrible!

The rooms are more comfortable and spacious, and the room hygiene is also good. The sanitation of the toilet should be strengthened. There are old and difficult to remove stains on the tabletop and floor of the wash basin (it should be removed with a strong decontamination or toilet liquid), and the area in the toilet soaked in water should be brushed. There is a circle of yellow stains. . Maybe I paid too much attention to it. After all, it is a well-known hotel chain across the country, so I will also be more demanding. If it were a homestay, I would definitely not ask for such a high level. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. Steamed buns, Hanamaki, wafers, small cakes, white porridge, millet porridge, eggs (you need to put them up, don’t ask them to take out), lettuce, a few plates of the same Chinese cabbage, fried rice, pickles, watermelon, and one more Drinking machine. There are no noodles, fresh milk and the like. I feel that this kind of breakfast is not worthy of the level of this kind of hotel.

The front desk service is very good, we upgraded our room for free, and patiently introduced local food and sightseeing spots, which is satisfactory, and I will stay again next time.

前台小姐姐非常熱情，很温柔，問什麼都細心回答。吃早餐的時候，大叔人也很熱情，還讓吃好，沒有的菜很快上。體驗非常好。會推薦朋友來。

房間我覺得都還不錯，都挺大的，而且還有加濕器，價格也不貴。早餐也不錯，種類還算豐富，就是浴室花灑水有點亂飛，不過總的來説是很滿意的。

或許酒店還沒有發現，浴室玻璃門已經被卸掉了。馬桶也不能沖水。近十年入住的最差的一次體驗，沒有之一。打擾了！

態度非常惡劣，不僅沒有司配房，還讓我們半夜十點半退房，説愛住不住；裝修非常老，像九十年代的，完全不是維也納品牌的水準，關鍵暖氣還不足，並且還沒空調，大冬天凍的不行；最噁心的是，一早起來發現好幾衹小強在爬，把小孩嚇的。太次了！
