Very pathetic service. Tv is not working. Toilet seat covers are broken, taps are leaking. Old rooms. No hot water.

Very basic hotel at walking distance to mall road. Staff was very polite and provided good service. It was difficult to find direction on Google map as vehicles can't reach here. We had to take our luggage and walk on very bad road. First impression was not very good, but staff support compensated it.

Our stay was good. Breakfast was awesome and every meal are delicious and tasty. We love to enjoy our stay over there, room was specious n food quality also awesome. Overall amazing hospitality, great customer service with affordable price.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
