Booked two rooms here for a family 2 night pre-cruise stay. It started off well, with a fast pickup by their free airport shuttle to the hotel. However, that glow didn't last when I reached the front desk. The person working there was neither friendly nor helpful and took quite awhile for checking in at 9:00 pm when they weren't busy. One of the rooms was as expected for a typical Hyatt Place layout. The other room was at the end of the floor and was an odd-shaded L-configuration, that appeared to have less square footage than the other room, even though they were both the same price. However, the rooms were clean, if dated, as other reviews have noted. While the A/C is loud, it is certainly efficient, as several times I had to turn it down because the room was too cold. While there is a small fridge, there is no safe, unfortunately, which I always find troubling for any hotel property. The included breakfast, although basic, was still decent and appreciated at this price point. There is also a nice outdoor patio for eating. The pool is small, but at least they have one and some decent lounge chairs. I also found some other staff at the front desk who were more helpful the next day. I would consider staying here again if the need arises and the price is reasonable.

Stopped here with family for one night as per of a road trip of southern Florida. For 2 adults and 3 teens our one bedroom suite with two doubles and a sofa bed was super cramped and in the future I’d look for somewhere that offered 2 bedroom suites. Decor was a a bit worn and the AC didn’t get below 74 degrees. However, the evening drinks/snacks and breakfast the next morning were good and meant we avoided paying out for 2 meals. Location just off I-95 also very convenient.

I’m giving this rating because I was never there and I called the Tuesday before my reservation on that Friday to cancel and they said it was done only to my surprise that they checked me in and took my points! I called Hilton rewards and the hotel to fix it and they said I would get back my points within 2 days, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten back my point and this cost me from booking my other stay because my point haven’t returned to my account. I need back my points plus so form of compensation as well for all of this!
