川西行住過體驗最差的一家酒店了，後悔不好好看過房看評價就下訂入住，先是破爛的花灑，和前台反映了要我們將就着用，爛成這樣也不能換個新的嗎？一個花灑才多少錢，然後熱水問題，打開很久很久才能有熱水，白白浪費水資源，而且水温也就是温温熱吧，再冷點都會覺得冷了，再就是廁所還是有異味的。然後上床睡覺時一掀開被子，傻眼了，被單那麼大個破洞，而且都是發黃的！第二天一大早7點鐘就狂敲門，説要拿車鑰匙挪車，然後挪完後8點又敲一次又要挪！當時停車的時候明明問清楚了我們沒那麼早出發停那裡行不行，前台很肯定的説過沒問題的，住個酒店導致休息不好睡不好，真無語！説得都是實話，別説什麼當時不説，不退這些。我們長途過來非常累，不指望多豪華的環境，將就着也就住一晚算了，衹是作為酒店最基本的東西都做不到，還開什麼酒店呢？

定的時候特意看了停車免費，結果到了之後被帶到一個收費的停車場（是在另一個酒店的地下停車場）入場的時候我特意問：這是一個收費的停車場啊？帶我們那人説你們不用管。我問：到時候拿停車券還是怎麼的？她説是的。結果第二天退房的時候前台説沒有停車券，你們住的是特價房。我説那昨天怎麼不説清楚，她説昨天帶你們去停車場的不是我，你們應該等我，我説你當時不在。她指了指前台的電話説：不在就打電話，昨天很忙的。

衞生間反味很大，沒關衞生間門半夜被薰醒，真的很難聞！酒店不提供瓶裝飲用水，提供的都收費，如果入住記得買桶水自己帶上去。

衞生真的很垃圾，而且前台總是沒人，停個車還被套路，説的給停車券，結果走的時候給20説沒有券了，結果出地庫就要25停車費，
