老闆娘人非常好！非常熱情！房間雖然不大，但是設備很齊全，而且衞生環境很好，床邊都沒有灰塵。賓館還有個院子可以曬衣服，老闆娘看我是學生，都沒有收我洗衣服的錢，還在下雨的時候幫我收了衣服，人非常好！這個賓館的地理位置也特別好，出來走一分鐘再過個馬路，就是大連外國語了。從賓館飯肯德基衹要4分鐘！總之，物有所值！

房間門一打開，一股黴味迎面而來，窗簾超級臟而且垂在床上，床的靠背和床頭櫃上都是灰，廁所裏的味太重了，而且看上去很臟，一家人除了實在憋不住，一般不去上，早上起床梳洗都不想進去，隨便淑個口就出去重新找賓館了，訂兩夜的想退掉一夜都不肯，等於是就睡了5個小時不到收了兩天的錢，太黑了。

隔音非常非常差，設施陳舊，熱水器是漏水的，水龍頭一碰就掉，電視是擺設，空調熱的還是很快的
