Luyue Erhai Holiday Hotel

The hotel is very high-end! The sanitary environment is very good! The service is also in place. They helped me push my luggage. The front desk also upgraded my room for free so that I can see Erhai Lake. When I checked out, they also mailed me souvenirs. The experience was really great. They also carefully prepared small gifts for check-in, and the free yogurt was also delicious.

This Dali Luyue Erhai Resort Hotel is very good. The receptionist is very friendly, and the guys in the lobby greet you every time you enter and leave. The hotel facilities are new and complete. You can see Erhai Lake from the room. The rooftop bar platform has a very good view of Erhai Lake. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and parking is convenient. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient to various attractions.

The room facilities and equipment were installed with great care and of great quality! The service staff was very enthusiastic and had received professional and meticulous training! I came back late at night and asked the front desk if they could heat up the food I packed. I thought I could just heat it in the microwave, but they cooked it for me and added a bowl of rice for fear that I wouldn't have enough. I wanted to eat a bite but ended up eating all I could. I was very satisfied with the stay. I will choose this hotel again if conditions permit when I come to Dali next time.

We wanted to go up and take a look before we left. Although it was not open during business hours, the hotel still sent someone to open the door and stayed until we finished taking pictures.
