New house, very clean, very close to Erhai Lake, just a few minutes away. The key is that the price is too affordable. The stir-fry restaurant next to Laoshu, the stir-fried vegetables and fried rice noodles are also very authentic and delicious.

I really like the style of a B&B. I also like the lazy little sofa in the room. If it rains when I go out, I simply don’t go out. I can do my work on this small coffee table and make a cup of tea. It's nice to come down and have tea with the boss occasionally and brag.

來旅行之前做了好多功課 定民宿 選位置 最終決定定了這一家：位於下雞邑村 從民宿出門步行三分鐘就能到洱海，看日出日落非常方便，民宿新裝修的裝修風格很清新雅緻也非常乾淨，帥哥老闆人也很好，提前一晚通知我定的房間上一家客人續房了 主動的給我們升級了房間！樓下就有便利店 走兩步就有租車的地方 也能點到外賣，主要是看洱海很方便 沒事了就去洱海邊轉轉，非常愜意～入住體驗非常不錯！推薦大家！（以下是在民宿拍的照片 拉開窗就能看到的光景，因為一入住就把房間弄亂了…所以沒有拍，但是房間和app的照片完全一樣 絕對不是照騙！）

民宿旁邊可以停車很方便，房間也很整潔，整體感覺很舒服，唯一美中不足的是白天會有點吵，對於晚起星人不太友好，但這也是附近民宿的普遍問題。建議像我一樣睡覺比較淺的小夥伴準備一副耳塞，這樣就完美解決啦！
老闆性格開朗，溝通很順暢，還有可愛的小金毛，整體來説很滿意😀

服務：
老闆很好，提前打電話告知地理位置，並叮囑一些旅行事項避免踩雷，還幫忙拎了很重的行李箱。
環境：
1。地理位置在村子裏麪，夜晚打車回來是小路沒有路燈，如果女生獨行要注意安全。儘量讓司機送到民宿路口，否則要自己再走100多米黑路。
2。一開始送我們來民宿的司機説村子裏不方便打車，但其實還好，沒有等待超過10分鐘的網約車。而且大理無論哪個犄角旮旯的景點都會送到。
3。民宿隔壁就是小學，白天下課時間會有點吵
4。離洱海很近，步行5分鐘就到了岸邊生態廊道（此處不能打車）
5。村子裏沒找到好吃的，我們基本是打車去古城吃or點外賣送到民宿。
設施：
房間設施很全也挺好的，就是空氣流通有點不行，每次回房間推開門有股味道，説不上來是消毒液還是什麼味道 and 2天看到了2次蜘蛛。
民宿的狗很可愛。原計劃想問老闆借狗狗去看日出😂，但出門時沒看到老闆就作罷了。

房間很新，很乾凈，住着很舒適，床墊、枕頭都很適合入眠。房東一家都很nice，很照顧客人，有求必應。親和也不會過於熱情讓人不適。有機會還會來住住的，畢竟大理那麼美，洱海那麼好。
