我預訂的是3樓的房間可以看到洱海全景視野不錯.有幾點不滿意的我説下一進酒店的門就是有股味道酒店管家説是消毒水的味道但是晚上回來一進酒店門還是有味道，第二就是我發的圖一床看上去很臟床的席夢思很軟，之後酒店的實際環境照片和我在攜程上的想象的還是有區別，管家的服務還是不錯的有下午茶 ，入睡前有銀耳燕窩都還是蠻滿意的.

因為酒店提前對接的電話沒有收到 而且民宿跟攜程對接有點問題 所以第一天入住並沒有很絲滑 本來覺得可能會是一次一般的體驗 但是酒店積極跟攜程溝通 解決了問題
全程管家式的服務 早餐 下午茶 晚安甜湯 房間風景很好 看着海 發發呆 覺得世界很美好
第二天管家小陳很貼心的給我指路 還送到了高鐵站口 大家一直重複希望我不要有不好的體驗感
其實完全沒有 看到大理有很用心做服務的人 大概是我還會再來的重要一個原因之一吧
期待下一次

下單不到半小時店家即來電詢問需否接送並告知到店路線，加了微信並建了專屬管家服務羣。酒店地處洱海東南岸邊民宿區，環境、位置均好。訂的暮秋（側海景），房間設計精巧温馨，設施齊全，配品講究，當晚浴缸出了點小狀況，管家小姑娘（姓李）態度誠懇、反饋迅速，及時更換並升級了房間（雁南，面積比暮秋大兩倍，床及陽台正面朝海，視野開闊，海景盡收眼底、一覽無遺），第二天上午出外歸晚，又延退一個小時，離店送行又送老闆自家茶山所產紅茶。

景色很好，正對洱海，早上醒來就能看到洱海，走下去也就十分鐘左右，可以在洱海邊散步！服務很貼心，房間也大！

設施：房間裝修的用品相對比較高端，床睡着特別舒服。我們訂的便宜房間衹有“一線”海景，旁邊建築在裝修，很影響視野景觀。
服務：服務很好，工作人員都很nice，建立了專屬的服務羣，有疑問的話應答都很快。
服務：早餐還有專屬的菜，但可以自己點菜。
精美下午茶:歡迎下午茶，很好吃。免費送了拿鐵。
房間mini吧暢飲:送了很多零食，可以全部免費使用。
