Akita and sonny were nothing bit help on our wedding day they made sure we had time to setup and that we had everything we needed I can't thank them enough for all they did they took special time to make sure we had our special day

Excellent stay!! Katelyn Perez went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & pleasant!! She was the person we looked forward to every day! We stayed from March 29th to April 6th. The rooms were lovely & clean and the cleaning staff are very thorough. I would definitely recommend it. Another lovely staff member, Annalise, who takes care of the continental breakfast area is invaluable addition. So sweet & helpful.

My wife and I were visiting the Zephyrhills area with my elderly parents. We reserved two rooms at the Roadstar mainly because of the number of positive reviews. We were not disappointed. Check in was easy. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. He suggested a parking location that would facilitate easy access to our rooms. He also informed us that bag breakfasts (darn COVID) would be available in the morning. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Some of the furniture showed wear but everything was functional. Then bathroom and sink areas were clean and had all the expected amenities like hair dryer, toiletries, etc. the toilet/bathroom was small but not difficult for us. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Didn’t use the microwave but it was clean and appeared to be functional. We were pleased by the well-kept grounds and public areas. The lobby was clean and well-appointed. Coffee and juice was available in the AM. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs & lounges. The pool itself looked very nice. We didn’t swim so I can’t address the temperature. There was a designated smoking gazebo located nearby but far enough from the other public areas that smoke wasn’t a problem for us non-smokers. There was another gazebo with a four-person glider which we enjoyed with an evening beverage. Overall, We were very satisfied with our stay. It was one of the nicer properties of its type that we’ve stayed at.

I am not an overly picky traveler, and I have never checked out of a hotel early, but I only stayed one night of my 5 night reservation. I could not wait to get out of this hotel. I am suspect of the positive reviews because my entire experience at Microtel Inn & Suites was so bad! Checking in was a joke. I was the only person being checked in and it took 20 minutes because the lady at the desk couldn't figure out how to work the system. My room was clean, but the overwhelming smell of strong chemicals nearly gagged me. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were not supportive. The sheets had makeup stains on them! The TV service is nonexistent. You must log into your own streaming services to watch anything. When I woke up in the morning I was disappointed to see that there was no coffee maker in the room. When I went to the lobby there was a rude young man working on the breakfast who snapped my head off when I politely asked when the coffee would be ready. The gym is a tiny room with a few lame pieces of equipment stuffed into it. The only nice experience I had was the check out procedure. The manager did not question why I only stayed one night, and didn't try to penalize me for early check out. Probably because he sees this all the time. Avoid this place!!!

Nice place to stay for the price. The young man working the night shift was a little difficult to interact with but not rude. For whatever reason my card was charged twice for a hold which I didn’t appreciate. I would stay there again.

Room was in grandfathered building so there is no elevator for 2nd floor so that was downside considering we had to make several trips to bring belongings to room. The room was clean and comfortable and nice having balcony with view of water. The other disappointment was there was no working ice machine so we had to walk a couple buildings over to get ice. The room had some cups and utensils but nothing to wash them with (not disposable). Being the room was clean and comfortable with nice location made it acceptable. For the price, there should be more amenities so not sure room is worth the price. We did get a discount so it was ok, would never pay full price. You can easily walk to bay and restaurant so that was plus.

Choosing sleep inn is my favorite business trip, but most of it is in florida, and there is no outside state. As long as it is this chain, it has never let me down.
