🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 not the best hotel i stayed in, but the best staff. from the receptionists, bellboys (except for the one wearing specs), f&b team, and housekeepers (except for the old lady supervisor). everyone was warm and welcoming, they tried to solve every issue we have. the owner was always very open to feedback, and upgraded us to a family room as there was too much noise from the local guest. the whole hotel design is beautiful, clean and neat. of course there are wear and tear but that is common. one of the housekeeper was very unfriendly, she saw us and did not greet even when we greeted her xinchao. the other younger housekeepers was very friendly and always greeted us before we do so. the noise was from the local guests staying there, adults was talking loudly, moving furnitures, the children was running (poom poom poom) can be heard from the ceiling. local guests made our stay bad, as they are quite selfish and unhygienic. when we were walking out from the lift, they just rushed in before we get out. and during breakfast, everyone walk around without mask, and the kids are coughing and sneezing on the food and cutleries. and they have the habit of leaving their doors opened and talking loudly with another room. the breakfast has a good variety, not excellent but still very good for the price we are paying. the hotel is located just 5 mins walk from my khe beach, and a few convenience stores around the corner. was very happy with my stay here and will definitely come again if i am going to da nang.
