The environment is okay, relatively quiet, and the location is near South Coast Plaza, just across the bridge. I just don’t know why they deducted my $15 deposit. I didn't move anything.

I returned to this hotel and was very disappointed. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds, but there was only a 1 king bed room left, so when I told the manager, he showed a very high-handed and unfriendly attitude. They even mocked my English pronunciation as an Asian. This hotel told me that it does not guarantee the room type booked by a third party company such as Trip.com and will cancel the reservation if I don't want it, so I told them to leave. This is a hotel you won't want to visit again. It seems that Trip.com has a problem that hotels do not guarantee the room type specified by Trip.com.

The location is convenient, just across a bridge to South Coast Plaza, shopping and eating are very convenient. Good service attitude! The disadvantage is that the bed is too soft, and I gave a room on the 4th floor near the elevator. The sound insulation is not good, the corridor sound, and the elevator sound are very loud.
