Very bad experience with cockroaches in our room. We brought them also home in out suitcases and had to call an expert to exterminate them. Awful!!! You do not expect this from 4 star hotel and from your holiday. And they at hotel consider this as normal.

Certainly not recommended. I give one star for the location on a wonderful beach. Other elements such as food, animations, service are less than average. The most serious problem of this hotel is the condition and cleanliness of the family rooms. Musty smell, damp, mold on the walls and insects. The hotel manager is dishonest and will lie to you with a smile. The service behind the bar is incompetent and rude. I advise against, vacation with TUI travel agency.

Hotel is a remote location, After paying Easyjet extra for an apartment, it was shabby, to say the least, with a broken light switch exposing bare wires, which I would say they promptly fixed . There was no seal on the shower screen over the bath that flooded the floor. The pool area is great. Staff are good except Liman, who has had his sense of humour and manners removed. Food is OK but not great. Food times are chaos like rush hour in London, no organisation. Reception staff do not like being bothered. Three times someone tried to get into our room with a key card and succeeded on the 3rd whilst we were asleep, taking bags and a purse containing cash, Reception did not seem surprised as we found out later that this is not an isolated incident. After reading reviews regarding this hotel, we gave it a try. The beach is great. The Hotel would be great if they sorted out a few points. We have never had any bad words to say regarding any foreign hotels before. We would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager will probably reply with the same pre-arranged response as with any previous negative comments, but I really hope he takes these comments on board.

Cannot wait to return to UK to write a full comprehensive, honest, and fair review. A review that even the hotel manager cannot rebuttal. I will explain in detail the hygiene issues, the maintenance issues, and the safety concerns I have noticed, this will include the pool, the fire safety equipment (photos included) and the sheer volume of trip hazzards...I will also set out the cleaning regime and the building fabric issues....Barrhead travel keep track of my post. YOU sold me this pup not Monica Beach...You Barrhead Travel are responsible for adequate due diligence..If you are of German nationality please ignore this post, given the number of Germans who are here and return year on year your tastes differ greatly from UK nstionals...P.s I will be giving out a special mention to Marcos and Sues/Zues they are two of the hotels 4 star bar staff!! Thats all FOR NOW I'm off to bed the resory is closed..RSVP.

It is a lively complex only 5 minutes from beach, I could see the beach from the room, large pool and a roof terrace on top of the pool bar. The food was good and plenty of it!!! An ideal holiday for over 60’s and families with little children but not for my age group. Staff are nice and helpful. It’s very windy there so take a cardigan for the evening

Do not take any notice of the bad reviews, currently here on a 7 night stay. Cant really fault it, rooms are good, food is of good quality a bit repetitive but most all inclusive hotels are, there is plenty to choose from and the soup has been the best i have had. Staff are friendly especially the animation team. Entertainment is hit and miss, but saw the best michael jackson tribute ive ever seen. Not a lot to do in the resort but its a nice area with a lovely beach and its not a steep hill to get to it... would defo come here again.... negatives: pool could be a bit cleaner, and an extra pillow would be great. Not many english families, majority are german. All in all a good hotel and really enjoyed it here.

Definitely NOT a 4* hotel, at best 3*. Shower didn’t work, hairdryer broken.WiFi awful. Pool was dirty with scum and bird pooh. Food was always cold and not appealing. Room definitely needs a revamp, looks old and tatty. At best the entertainment in the evening was good. Definitely would not recommend or stay again

He arrived 18h what was nigth already tired of a long trip went to the restaurante to eat and come back to the room 572 be aware of the room and boom we were roobed went to reception and no suprises or fell sorry thiefs from inside the hotel be aware

The hotel is ok. Nice location, good all inclusive, friendly stuff. I am giving one star because of the lunapark next to the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is closed and they start playing loud music already in the afternoon. Then there is a party with very loud music and stage just next to the hotel. On Friday bass was so loud that the building structure was shaking and the windows were vibrating. The party ended at 3am and only then we were able to get some sleep. On Thursday there was another party but this one ended at 2am (again: no sleep until then).
