We booked our wedding block with Homewood and with Drury. I have stayed with Homewood in the past and felt confident in my choice. To my surprise the entire experience with this location was completely awful. From trying to reserve the blocks and having days and days go by and having to constantly reach out to get answers. I felt like I had to practically beg to get the block confirmed. My guests trying to book their rooms being told their are no more rooms when there was, told my wedding was on Thursday not Friday. My in-laws and husband not allowed to check in to their rooms even though the rooms were to be reserved under their names. I had to email Cassie Anderson and give permission to have them check-in. We had a shuttle time change a long with welcome bags for our guests. I emailed Cassie Anderson and Drury Inn to ask about getting these to my guests. Drury said yes absolutely, we could post our sign that was put in a picture frame and they would put bags in the guests rooms that have booked in the wedding block. They sent me a list of all the people in the block and they would ask people as they checked in if they were a part of our wedding. Cassie on the other hand when I sent her the same exact email, responds with who are the guests out of your wedding block. I also asked her what is the process for getting the guests their bags and about the sign I had made to put in the lobby with no response. So when my husband, mother-in-law and aunt attempt to check in they are told that posting our 8 1/2 x 11 framed sign is not allowed and that we can not put out any information about a shuttle change either. They took the welcome bags stuck them around the corner and were told that they would ask every guest if they were a part of our wedding. At check out my mother-in-law went to collect any leftover bags and the rubber made tote that they were in. She was waiting for our truck to come to the front door and is told that she can not have the tote on the little table so she took it off and put on the floor by her feet and sort of under the table so it was not in a walk way. The woman behind the desk gets all huffy and puffy comes out grabs the container and takes it back behind the counter and around the corner. I have always stayed and have preferred the Hilton/Homewood locations. After how my family was treated and all difficulties during my wedding with this location I can say for sure I will never be back to this location. Very d

This is a fabulous hotel! We just made a 10 night trip to Colorado and this was, by far, our favorite hotel. The finishes were beautiful and all parts of the hotel were bright & clean. The staff at check-in, at the bar, and at breakfast were so kind and friendly. My daughter has a gluten allergy, so I asked the breakfast staff if she had anything gluten free. She had Udi’s double chocolate muffins in the back and warmed it up for her. So nice! The hotel is set in a very nice area with restaurants and shopping. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’m so glad we booked here. Would most definitely go here again if we’re passing through the area!

Make sure to reserve housekeeping in advance if you want your room freshened up daily. Or plan on making trips to the lobby to get supplies. Breakfast was decent with the biscuits and gravy but other days it’s sandwiches that get warmed up. Decent selection and great coffee. Bathrooms are VERY small. Shower was highlight of the bathroom. Bathroom door almost touches toilet when open to give a scale of the size. Climate control worked most of the time but took some frequent adjusting. Nice kitchenette and TV setup. Impressed with the center curtain to separate the room. Newer clean hotel.

The hotel is very good, the service attitude is warm, the hotel is clean and tidy, it is convenient to have kitchen equipment to cook by yourself. The hotel is also close to the supermarket, which is convenient for shopping.

I loved this hotel. It is very accessible and very clean. Basic toiletries were also provided. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but it was decent. The receptionist at the lobby could be friendlier though
