Nice hotel in the centre of Copiapó. The room was small, no fridge, no complimentary water, the bed was quite squeeky but the rain show was good. Parking with pass was convenient. The restaurant is expensive. Don't expect a smile from the staff, they are too busy hanging out anyway.

Great hotel rooms are smaller but very clean with comfortable beds and a big washroom. Great free breakfast and perfect parking on site. Very comfortable stay! Would recommend this hotel when traveling through Copiapo. Also close to many restaurants but on-site restaurant is very good as well.

Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating; very helpful and polite. Breakfast items limited but acceptable, although most mornings breakfast items were not prepared or were not complete.

The room was satisfactory in comfort and cleanliness, fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety. 15-20 minute walk from the bus station and close to the central area. High floor had a great view.
However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (which is not allowed in the hotel) from previous occupants. We told the three staff on receptionists who did not offer an apology or solution. We complained again about this on check out, again with no real customer service skills evident. Complaints have been made via ******* and to the ibis hotel group directly; neither has even bothered to respond.

I always had problems in that IBIS DE COPIAPÓ hotel THE STAFF IS TERRIBLY APATHIC WITH PERMANENTLY BAD FACE THEY DO NOT SOLVE ANYTHING ON THE CONTRARY THEY ADD PROBLEMS very bad nothing recommendable I won't be back again

I slept cold (night from 10/27 to 10/28), I called the service and they didn't give me a solution, so the next morning I left the hotel.
On Friday 27.10 at 10:30 p.m. the kitchen was not working, and I did not go anywhere in the area, because I did not find it safe. There should be a pre-prepared food option.
