Our party was a couple with a nearly 2 year old & a couple with a non crawling 10 month old. (4 adults & 2 kids) I’ll start off with saying it’s a beautiful hotel. It’s clean and modern but simple changes could make it so much better! Rooms We stayed in twin rooms - 1228 & 1227 We wanted rooms next to each other so that when the babies were asleep we could sit together as two couples and have a bit of an evening. The only way this is possible is if you have a garden room, we didn’t know this till we got there. The rooms on the Tatium side are the quieter rooms which was great when travelling with babies/toddlers. We had requested ground floor rooms as we have a toddler who’s an escape artist. On arrival we were given 1st floor rooms and told they were fully booked so couldn’t move us. They said we could try the next day but couldn’t confirm. We received a phone call the next day and shown two rooms but even with them being on the 1st floor they both had balconies with a drop so chose not to move. The rooms aren’t big enough for a family. The wardrobe has space for two adults worth of clothing but not a huge amount more. The wardrobe doesn’t have hanging space for full length dresses & no where to store your suitcases. There isn’t an iron or kettle in the room, you have to pay extra for these. The door doesn’t lock from the inside so our toddler regularly opened the door and attempted to visit our neighbours. The patio door has a little latch to lock it but if you try and close the door from the outside it doesn’t close fully, guess this is for safety so you don’t lock yourself out but frustrating when you have a sleeping baby in the room and try not to make a sound when going for the balcony for some adult time. The garden rooms near the kids splash area didn’t have gates so we’re glad we didn’t have that room otherwise our toddler would have ran off all the time! Bed The bed is terrible & squeaked when you move. So any bad back suffers be prepared. One pillow is soft and the other is firm. Not great unless as a couple you have opposite taste in pillow types. There is loads of spare cushions which worked great as a pregnancy pillow for one of us ladies as we didn’t have the room to pack it with us Coffee Right parents, be prepared the coffee is TERRIBLE! And the nearest cafe is Starbucks which is 32mins stroll to the beach. You only get one bottle of water per stay. The supermarket across the way sells them if you need them for babies bottle etc. Food & Restaurants As you expect from an all inclusive it’s very sammie. Be warned the jelly makes toddlers hyper so allow them to eat with caution. You have to get your own drinks which we found odd for an all inclusive hotel and rather frustrating if you were solo parenting at the meal. There is always somewhere to eat during the day but we still found ourselves going out for a number of meals to get something tastier and different. We didn’t see any microwaves for heating kids food

We stayed for a week all inclusive as a couple. Positives - Adult only area was excellent, we paid for the Bali beds everyday which was good. Rooms were very clean. The App for the hotel is a great idea. The Asian restaurant was great would recommend booking that. The facilities such as the gym, spa etc all very good. The pool snack bars were also good in providing a variety, instead of going into the restaurant every lunch. Negatives - Would recommend this hotel for families only, not couples. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area at all. TV in the room did not work, we wouldn’t normally use a TV on holiday expect when getting ready in the evening for dinner. Air con in the room wasn’t great, couple nights it didn’t seem to be working. We noticed that around half the staff we came into contact with were not very friendly. The pool bars don’t open until 10am, which I though was rather late compared to other hotels I have been too especially since it’s mostly self serve and that breakfast is open from 7.30. The main restaurant is typical all inclusive food - only one night we felt it was below average and we are not picky eaters. I think the main restaurant would benefit from having an adult only section at the Tabaiba side. Overall, we got value for money and enjoyed our stay. We wouldn’t return based on the area and the amount of children in the hotel.

Stayed as a couple in the Tabithia Princess side of hotel, very modern and clean hotel. Lovely decor around the hotel lots of seating both in and outside the hotel. Not difficult to get a sunbed anytime of the day. Could be doing with more umbrellas though. Adult pool had no atmosphere, no music, even low volume would have been good. 3/4 of the pool was surrounded by fancy double beds which you have to pay 20 euros per day to use, not really fair, or you have go use the beds further back as only 1 row next to pool. Two bars and two snack bars around the hotel, lots of help yourself alcoholic, juice, water and coffee stations dotted around the hotel. But couldn't understand why the adult pool bar closed @ 6pm when another closed @ 6pm, would have been good if adult closed @ 7pm as people still want to sit outside. Food was very good, lots of choices, but could be warmer, but there are a few microwaves around the dining area. 2 a la carte restaurants, Asian & Italian, but I wasn't impressed, mostly starters, with a couple of main dishes, tried the Tikka Masala, but it was very salty. Also buffet style not what to expect from a la carte, nice to be served. Italian, not great starter options, again buffet, but not much difference from main buffet. Did not like being seated, should be an adult's only side in the dining area, didn't like being sat either side of families with noisy kids most watching phones or tablets, with the volume up. Animation team worked hard and very entertaining. Our room was on the ground level, but was very quiet, next to the gym and sauna. Free safe which is a bonus. Downfall was AI and entertainment finished at 11pm, There could have been some background music, not loud until at least 12. Great hotel for kids and families, but not for couples and this is advertised for "Families & couples" Should be sections for couples, a bar for adults would have been good as there is no other places to go for a drink within walking distance. We got taxis into Playa del Ingles and Melanaros. Will not return or recommend for couples. But was very relaxing

Our 7th visit to the hotel and it continues to be a great place. We first took our kids there some 20 years ago and this time we went with our kids, their partners and grandchildren. Loved every minute at the hotel. I have written reviews previously about this hotel and given a 5 out of 5. This time it is a 4. The reason for this is that there we’re renovating a room next to us and the drilling would start early with the workmen talking loudly. We went to reception to complain and were told to see Guest Relations between 16:00pm to 18:00pm. When we turned up during these times there was no one there. Reception said they were in Maspalomas side of the hotel. When we got there we just missed them. I went to Reception again next morning and spoke to Sylwia who informed me that I had to speak to Guest Relations. She was not happy at all that I had a complaint. Later that day I did manage to speak to Guest Relations and they were really good. I just wish we had been notified of the works and we would have been ok with that. Despite all of this we will be back again at some stage. Thank you to all the staff. The Mary Poppins show was great.

the best holiday experience i have had so far. hotel was always lovely and clean, no flies about anywhere as staff were constantly cleaning up plates and glasses, animation team were incredible even though we were a group of 18-20 year olds we really enjoyed everything they offered each night and throughout the day. massive shoutout to luis and denis for finding us everyday and making us participate in activities with them. hotel staff know so many languages so very inclusive and diverse members of crew! we enjoyed all the food they had to offer and the italian and asian restaurants were very popular among our group! would 100% return. highly recommend if you are travelling as adults with children as there are so many activities for them to do and also for adults to participate in aswell. the animation team really did make this holiday an amazing one for us and we enjoyed speaking with them everyday!

We’ve just got home from a 10 night stay here, I would definitely recommend! The grounds are stunning and it’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been too. The staff are so lovely, polite and work so hard. Positives - -Spotless rooms every single day, fresh sheets and towels every day without fail. -Free safe in the room. -Free beach towels in your room for when you arrive. -So much choice for food, never gets repetitive if you switch up the restaurant. Breakfast was definitely the best we’ve had on any all inclusive. -The alcohol measurements are huge! Beer isn’t watered down. But if you do want premium drinks you need to premium wrist band. But this didn’t bother us. -No bugs/flies to be seen. As soon as you’ve finished your food (within seconds) they collect your plate. Which keeps the place spotless. -Rooms are spacious and have been recently refurbished. Comfy bed and air con is decent. -Never struggled to get a sun bed. And plenty of umbrellas around too. -Adults pool and bar is so quiet compared to the main pool. But we like the activities etc around the pool. -Good location, close to maspalomas beach and playa del ingles. Half an hour from the airport and we were the first drop which was nice! -The entertainment is phenomenal! They work so hard all day! Negatives - -Balconies aren’t very private. -Only wine glasses for lunch and dinner in the food market? No normal glasses. -Most nights we were the last ones outside at the entertainment, but they close all the doors and turn the lights off at 12. -We got hassled a number of times by the photographers at the hotel after saying many times we were not interested. Slightly annoying when you’re napping on the sun bed and they wake you up! -We had no WiFi in the bedroom at all, but good around the rest of the hotel. Overall this place is stunning and we will definitely be coming back! Such good value for money and such a gorgeous hotel! Would recommend to anybody!

Fantastic hotel, lovely food and a good choice of drinks (we were all inclusive) and plenty of room for what was a lot of people, never felt the need to search for space as space was always available. We tried both the Italian and Asian restaurants which served a nice choice of food but not loads. If you go with Tui and your kids are over 8 there isn’t really a lot for them to do except swimming and maybe join in other activities as the maxi kids club was pretty much non existent for the older age group. One thing we noticed is that the kids club had separate buildings one for the German kids and the other multilingual which we found strange.

We stayed in the Tabaiba Princess as we wanted the renovated rooms and the extra cost was definitely worth it. The room was lovely. Really comfortable and a good size. I’d like to say a special thank you to Jose-luis on reception. On day 3 we requested a room change due to being next to an incredibly noisy room and he was so lovely and helpful in getting us situated in a new room. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff on whole are really good, the cleaners always had a smile for everyone and the woman who runs the main dining hall is like a well oiled military machine. The hotel itself is really nice. It’s absolutely huge, there’s tons a facilities and you could easily stay the whole time there without having to leave. It was very clean at all points and towels and sheets were changed regularly. I will say that although there is an adults only area, it’s quite small and this really isn’t the hotel for you if you want a nice, relaxing getaway. It’s a huge resort and with that comes an absolute ton of kids. I wish I’d done a little more research before we booked as I have ADHD and Autism and there was genuinely no point where we were in the hotel and a screaming child couldn’t be heard from somewhere. The food unfortunately really lets this place down. It’s very repetitive and not great quality but it’s no worse than a usual all inclusive. The drinks are nice, they certainly pour generously (my husband had a mojito so strong he nearly choked haha). My son is 10 so was a bit too old to be interested in the kids club but from what I could see it was a very good one. He loved the aqua park and there’s tons of pools so you can always find somewhere to swim that isn’t over crowded. The snack bars are nice, there’s a really healthy one and then one that does your usual burgers and hot dogs and stuff. Overall we had a really enjoyable 2 weeks, I think we did get value for our money. But I wouldn’t come here if you have any fussy eaters or people who want a quiet holiday.

Stunning Hotel, with so much room. I’ve never seen so many palm tree in a hotel space, it really is beautiful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the mini garden suite, which was stunning and so big. Well, the shower itself you could sleep 1 person. It’s the best shower I’ve had in a hotel and honestly looked forward to using it! The adult only area was lovely, quiet and modern. Be careful with leaving your towels and going off before 10, they will be removed. I loved that this was a rule that followed up with everyday! Main buffet food was ok, nothing special. Lots of snack bars around the large pool for lunch, with burgers, hotdogs etc The Asian and Italian restaurant are lovely and worth a visit, which is included in the AI. Hotel entertainment was fine, I personally didn’t come for this and went out most evenings. The hotel is a bit out of the way of things, but can easily walk or get a cheap taxi to places.
