The biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. Another problem is that the outbound transportation is not very convenient. You need to find the boarding point at the Port authority bus terminal and learn how to use the automatic ticket vending machine or app to buy long-distance bus tickets (but the number of trains is quite dense), or It cost over $50 to take a taxi. If you don't mind these two points, there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Bed Comfort Level, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Convenience of Transport; I originally saw that the hotel was newly built and thought it would be good, but it turned out not to be a good experience. New Jersey is so much better than that. Poor soundproofing, uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast and crowds. Parking in this wilderness and wilderness costs 10 dollars a night, which is outrageous. Extremely not recommended! !

When we arrived there were electrical wires expose i travel with my autistic child and my disabled teen. Floor was dirty, the shower did not work broken, toilet tissue holder broken and the most important i ask ahead for shower chair. No shower chair was available i was unable to shower my kids. Their was more problems then given another room next day to again have problems shower and bath tub back up due to the disgusting hair clog gross. Again the tissue holder was broken. I had thought maybe taking kids to pool since the days have been so bad to have to report the stairs were slippery in pool to staff unfortunately they continued to lie saying management will be available soon and not to the last day i was lied too. Finally i had to again report everything that had happen ontop how horrible the service from a specific male front worker was with attitude and no customer services experience. I have all photos won't let me download it was gross.

Kim at the front desk was very professional and even helped me get 1 kid that was in a car for 3 hours under control the hotel was very clean and close to the mall and water park,the pool was awesome would highly recommended we’re planning a vacation in July and will be staying here again

The staff was courteous and helpful when we asked for extra bedding and blankets for the sofabed. Very friendly as well. Good breakfast.

Check in was smooth, the front desk receptionist was delightful. We spent the day at the mall, we had a toddler with us, she checked us in right away and got us a great room right off the elevator

Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was very very small. The hotel beds were terrible, yu could literally feel the springs. Rooms were spacious
