The room i stayed in was dated but clean and comfortable. For the price i paid the property was everything i needed for a one night's stay. I didn't check out any of the property other than my room and the parking lot. The area being safe so i had no concerns getting in or out of my car or leaving belongings in my car. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Kudos to the receptionist during a late check-in. Helped us and gave us the reserved rooms for the tired and sleepy kids that had a game the following morning. Thank you!

The hotel is definitely a bit remote from the shopping plazas, but that lends to its quiet location which I loved. A few more lights in the parking lot is a suggestion. I was not a fan of having to pay for breakfast (as delicious as it was) because I stayed on the weekend.

I'm a senior and I find that the tub was too low, shower made loud noises when in use.
Vending machine for drinks didn't work, had to go to a different floor to get ice and I understood that there was suppose to be a microwave in the room and it wasn't.

I liked the room. I liked accessing TV inputs (Sometimes hotels attache the TX to the wall and they're inaccesible. Comfort (Cleanliness, temperature) was fine. Only issue was coffee pot didn't work

Stay went well, elevator was out of service. Had to use service elevator which area, elevator wasntvthat clean for guest to use.

Toilet was broken, bed sheets were dirty, restaurant closed at 9pm. You get what you pay for.

I did not use my reservation and will be requesting my refund. I called in advance to have them note who my other room was for. It took my partner 30 minutes to check in. When I got there, I wasn't even able to check in. One person at the desk, on the phone the whole time. Didn't even acknowledge me for the first 5-7 minutes I was standing in front of him. I won't go back. I did not use the room. I just drove home after my event.
