The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.

The location of the hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating, shopping, and going to the main check-in locations. You can walk to the city hall and other places in a few minutes. Diagonally across from the hotel is the reading market. Communicate with the hotel front desk in advance to delay check-out, and the service staff responded in a timely manner, extending it by an hour and a half, a very good service experience.

The breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!

The location of the hotel is very good. On the left hand side is the town hall. On the right side, a few streets are the Independence Palace. The opposite is Marriott. There are delicious coffee and bread downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping.

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected.
This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

There is a shuttle bus to the airport, 20 minutes. Free coffee, computers and printers are available in the lobby. Very close to the airport. But going to the city is far away, driving for about 30 minutes

I happened to meet a baseball team from an unknown school, all of them are handsome guys. 😊
Since I arrived at the hotel at more than 10 o'clock in the evening, I was tired and cold, so I didn't take any photos. 😌

GGuest UserSofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, with a good location. You can see the City Hall building when you go out, and the concert hall is opposite. I didn't dare to go out at night, so I just sat in the lobby and watched the hustle and bustle of people. The hygiene of foreign hotels is OK, but the facilities and services are still far behind those of domestic hotels of the same level.

CCKYThe sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

马马The road in front of the hotel has a main road and a secondary road with a separation belt in the middle. Baidu navigation has always been prompted to sit on the road, the result has been walking on the left main road, eyes can not enter the hotel, have to turn back. The room was clean and the service was good. No coffee pot, no hot water, instant noodles can't be soaked. The left hand of the hotel is not far from the intersection. There is a Chinese-opened restaurant. It is good to pay for food by self-service.
