The rooms were priced perfectly. The staff was pleasant to talk to especially Raymond. Please remember to speak w/ him when you arrive, and the views were amazing. The only words that come to mind are ”BEST HOTEL EVER”. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, ”I'll be back”.

Do Not Hesitate on staying here. You will love it. I searched for a property up and down the south Florida coast for a business/vacation spot for 2 nights. I live in Hilton hotels and this hotel has met all of my needs and expectations. Great staff, fantastic location, very clean for a beach front property. I am working and my wife is hanging out at the pool all day. The King ocean front full balcony is worth the extra couple dollars as an upgrade. I can see the sunrise and the waves from my bed.

Amazing clean room, comfortable bed! Room Setup was great Nice pool. Great staff! Working television, coffee pot, microwave and plenty of hot water for shower Looking forward to going back. Actually came for work! Was hoping to select this room for next month while working here!!

I had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind.

If there is ZERO stars i would've given it here!!! My experience with this hotel is extremely disappointing. The property is nothing like the photos you see online. Believe me! The pool is indeed filthy, and it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned for years—no one was by the pool, and I wouldn't risk catching something by going in. (Pool towels old, moldy, dirty. The service was equally dismal. The lady at the front desk during the morning shift on 7/11 was unprofessional and indifferent. She showed no interest in assisting guests and was unhelpful over the phone. Despite having available rooms, they refused to let me check in before 3-4 PM, forcing me to wait in the lobby like a fool. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I expected better treatment, but my membership seemed to mean nothing to them. They misstreated me. I strongly advise staying AWAY from this hotel. There are plenty of other options nearby that offer better service and amenities.

The hotel is too old, and the restaurant is being renovated. It is convenient for me to do business, and it needs to be replaced next time
