I checked in at 9:09pm, it was a little busy that night. The front desk clerk was nice and professional. She gave me room 303, I went up stairs to check the room out and omg! The sofa was dirty with stains all over, the carpet was nasty, the tile on the bathroom wall was dirty. I took pics and went back downstairs to see if I could get another room, but the hotel was full. The clerk told me that I couldn’t get a refund until the manager came in the morning. I call the next morning and the manager told that I could not get a refund because I was in the room for than 30 minutes. I explained to her that I told pics, called my wife on the phone to tell her the condition of the room, and came downstairs to try and get another room. But, it took me to took long to make up my mind and check out in a timely manner according to the manager she declined my refund.
