The room is clean. Towels and mineral water provided. Easy checkout in the morning if there is no staff around, was told to just return the room card to the counter. Only downside is that there is no staff working the midnight shift from 12am onwards. Overall pleasant stay.

I understood the non refundable policy however the hotel never reached out to me by call. Only trip.com passed on all the information. The contact number on trip.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection.

Room quite okay, plenty of parking spots for self-driving, but the downsides are no food outlet nearby, need to travel away to eat, also the water dispensers were like abandoned, plus didn't provide the water heater for boiling water.

The place is accessible to stay however the Staffs are not friendly enough

The security of the apartment is pretty good. You have to swipe a card to enter the door, but the hygiene inside is not good. There is a supermarket, convenience store, and McDonald's downstairs. The overall location is okay, but the hygiene of the hotel is average.
