DDesiree JudgementalThe room is clean. Towels and mineral water provided. Easy checkout in the morning if there is no staff around, was told to just return the room card to the counter. Only downside is that there is no staff working the midnight shift from 12am onwards. Overall pleasant stay.

AAnonymous UserI understood the non refundable policy however the hotel never reached out to me by call. Only trip.com passed on all the information. The contact number on trip.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection.
