We had such a lovely stay here, the Korean BBQ opposite was delicious and the hotel itself was lovely. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff definitely a great place to stay. Plus we got free hotel airport pickup!

From the pluses - excellent breakfast(big choice of dishes), a good view from the restaurant on the 10th floor and location. From the downsides: ”There was a sticky spot on the table under the teapot, specially removed it so that the maid would pay attention. During 4 days it never removed - the bathroom lacks a cosmetic pad/cup. Only a tooth set is available from all the ingredients - disposable quality slippers. It smells unbearable.

The hotel was generally very beautiful and sufficient. The workers were ridiculous and helpful. The receptionists speak Turkish. Breakfast is beautiful and sufficient. A shop hotel. It is a Asia Mall hunt nearby. I think there is a big window in the only trouble. and the light from outside doesn't stop enough, it's hard to sleep in sundays.

The hotel front desk service is attentive. The single room is very small, so small that there is no place to open the luggage. The breakfast room is very comfortable and has many kinds of breakfast. The guest room is very clean and the mattress is relatively hard. The room is very not soundproofed.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.

the hotel is new, but it's stuffy everywhere! the rooms are large, 40m2, but the air conditioning can't cope - the breakfast is generally not bad But all the inconveniences are offset by the spring! which goes to the dkazuzi and the pool! very healing water

The breakfast is a little bit worse, the others are pretty good

Overall a good hotel but it was hot enough. The window tried to open but a lot of mosquitoes arrived. I would add mosquito nets to the windows, plus I would buy fans and room, they are cheap but add comfort
