We only used the family ones and they were lovely, especially after a long walk! The hotel provided complimentary shuttle bus to and from Nakatsugawa station and also to Magome for the start of our walk. Food was excellent, which is good because the hotel is quite remote and there are no other options for eating. The breakfast is traditional Japanese. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the decor is in need of a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
