It's a 20-minute drive from Naegi Castle (about a 30-minute drive from downtown Nakatsugawa). On the day we arrived, they offered a free welcome drink until 5:00 PM, so we toasted with draft beer right away. This was fantastic. In addition to the large public baths for men and women (with open-air baths), there were four family baths (one of which was an open-air family bath), allowing us to fully enjoy the hot springs.
