The experience was quite unique; this campsite was better and more upscale than any I've stayed at before. It's managed by a group of very welcoming young people. The campsite was clean and cozy, and dinner was cooked by a handsome young man. The night was clear, and you could see a beautiful starry sky from the parking lot, although it was a bit remote. Approaching the campsite, we passed two gates that seemed to be private property; we wouldn't have dared to go in if we hadn't seen other cars entering. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Best of both worlds! 3 generations of our city family hiked, camped, roasted marshmallows, and sipped coffee by the fire; all safely tucked in a Japanese forest. Seasonal local produce made meals extra special, and the young Japanese team kept everything smooth and fun. We loved the buzz of night crickets and cicadas, mornings with birdsong, and the pure thrill of camping energy. A refreshing escape for any city dweller!
