The stay was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy. And the staffs were really polite. The only problem was that the parking for the hotel is situated behind the building, and it doesn't have any security but it does have a really good security camera under surveillance. When i saw that, at first, i wasn't sure about parking my vehicle there, but then when i saw there were other vehicles i had a self assurance that everything is going to be good. And as i have thought, when i check out, the vehicle was safely in the parking area in the same way as i have left it. The most wonderful thing is that, they have a room service, you don't need to order anything outside, you can just dial directly to the restaurant attached with the building and place your orders and in 20 minutes they'll bring you your food, and the food was also really good. So, totally everything was really good, the time spent was there was worthy of money.

Excellent Hotel, spectacular views and superb service. It truly is an excellent resort. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant food was great and they have many items to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay. Chef came and talked to us and you can order your dinner ahead of time to your liking.

When I booked my room , the confirmation receipt shown the fixed check in time 11.00 . There is no option to change the check in time manually. I arrived 27th of this month at 5.30 a.m. The receptionist ask extra Rs 700/- for upto 11.00 a.m. Otherwise no word to say bad. Everything is fine.

When ever i visiting this area book this hotel only. It's good and comfortable. It is suitable for all type of travelers.

Excellent and professional staff, courteous servers who do not angle for tips. Clean room, that was cleaned well everyday. The breakfast was delicious, and the best ever spread we have seen in a 3 star hotel. The vegetarian thali was sumptuous! We in fact took a diversion to Theni on our way back to Madurai from Thekkady, just to enjoy their thali again.

Room was clean but smaller than my expectation. The light above dressing mirror was not working. No light for bathroom mirror. Wired ac remote hanging high and not easily reachable. Room service for morning coffee was not available till after 0730. Sleepy joint for early risers. Hardly any parking - you have to leave the car in front of the building, only two cars can be parked
