From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service, so friendly, natural and every single person had a huge genuine smile. Our room was stunning as was the whole hotel, we celebrated my wifes 50th there with our three teenagers and we really could not have been anywhere better, we were all made to feel exceptionally special. It was the most amazing stay, beautiful location, stunning rooms, outstanding food and really impeccable service, we will be going back and can’t recommend Tugu enough.

After comparing the prices on the official website and Ctrip, I booked on Ctrip. It is recommended that those who stay in the hotel for a long time or travel as a couple book a package on the official website, which has certain discounts and includes honeymoon dining and travel. Since I am raising my children alone and play outside for a long time during the day, I only need basic accommodation and meals. I am very dissatisfied with this booking. Ctrip's booking agent put the booking under my ten-year-old child's name (no big problem with check-in, but it is easier to communicate with the hotel if it is put under the name of an adult). I booked three nights. The official website offers free airport pick-up, but Ctrip booking is not available and requires additional payment. I consulted the hotel's email and Ctrip's quotation respectively. Ctrip's price was favorable, but there was a big mistake when I checked in. The hotel did not have this price and I had to pay the full price. I waited at the front desk for more than half an hour and coordinated for a long time. The result was the final result. It took a lot of time to coordinate with Ctrip customer service to return the price difference to the account. It is recommended to use Go**** for taxi, as the price is much cheaper. I heard from the driver that the hotel was opened by Chinese, and many local Chinese invested and did business. The hardware of the new hotel is quite good and the swimming pool is very clean. Bugs and bird droppings outside the room are naturally inevitable. The overall price/performance ratio is high, and the scale should not be compared with Bulgari in Bali. The elevator occasionally breaks down for maintenance, which happened to me when I was checking out. All services in the new hotel are being adjusted. Except for the drink bar and bbq for dinner, all meals need to be ordered a la carte to avoid waste, but the meal delivery is slow and you need to arrange your time accordingly. Room service also recommends booking 45 minutes in advance. In general, dining in Indonesia is done at a leisurely pace. Drinks in Indonesia are relatively expensive and can be purchased in supermarkets. There is a fresh market in Senggigi town, which is the largest supermarket nearby. Hotel buggy is picked up and dropped off for free. Regarding activities, hotels also outsource them, and the prices will be much more expensive. The day trip service provider I was looking for happens to be a hotel supplier. They also own a surfing spot on the beach and provide various activities. They have hotel information and know the check-in & out times of guests to understand business opportunities. The boss is very funny and will sing ”Ask me how deeply I love you” to you when I see Chinese people. Go out and shop around.

The villa was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked well. Located on a beautiful beach where turtles swim by in the mornings. Food was excellent, will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful resort, however it is in the middle of nowhere and closes early. If you are looking for total relaxation, a secluded beach to yourself and to be tucked up in bed by 9pm then this is the place to come as it is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 14 day island hopping tour but we prefer more life. There were only about 4 other rooms of people staying and on our first night we went for dinner at 7pm. By 8.15pm we were the only ones left. by 8.30pm with breakfast set up around us is was clear it was time to go, so at we found ourselves back in our room drinking water when we are usually going out at that time! We went on a pre-arranged tour the next day and bought some drinks and snacks at a shop for the following night. The staff on the second two nights were much friendlier and the restaurant was open a bit later but still closed by about 9.15pm. The staff were really friendly but without many other guests it just lacked any kind of atmosphere or life. Hopefully as it gets busier it will feel much and stay open later as it deserves to be fully booked as the facilities and beach are wonderful.

My (now) wife and I have just left after the most amazing 4 nights at the lombok lodge to continue our trip down south, and I was genuinely emotional having to leave. The whole team (more like a family) went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure we received the highest service possible, something which neither of us are used to as fairly simple travellers, but we are and will be, eternally grateful for. The whole resort is absolutely immaculate and the attention to detail here is mind-blowing, but it wasn't this that has compelled me to leave a review with such high praise. It was the people. They are all so genuine, kind and caring and for me, this is what makes the lombok lodge what it is. Never have I stayed somewhere where the staff will leave such a lasting impression. It genuinely felt like home. The rooms, grounds, food and service were all impeccable. The breakfast and evening meals were out of this world (we skipped lunch most days due to being so satiated from breakfast), but the one lunch we did have was equally as delicious. Special mention to the incredible Chef Jiwa who continually produces the highest standard of food each day and comes to converse with guests regularly. To the owners Anya and Ben, you have created something truly magical in the lombok lodge, crafted with love and passion you provide memories that will last a lifetime. Hamdi is an invaluable asset, yet another person who made sure our experience better than we could have imagined. The beauty of the resort really has to be seen and experienced to be believed. We stayed here as part of our wedding trip, with the ceremony organised by the lombok lodge and held on their private beach on gili meno (bagno di gili). Everyone will have a different definition of the word perfect, but for us both, our special day was just that. We really couldn't have wished for it to be better. I could continue singing their praises until my phone battery dies, so I'll wrap it up by saying again, a million times over, thank you. We will be back again, and until that day comes every one of the team will remain in my heart.

Our two night stay at Gili Teak was absolutely beautiful. If your someone that likes to party here and there in the central bit of town then be able to come back to your room or if you don’t want to party at all and retreat into peace and quiet this is perfect. Gili teak is located about 10 mins out of the central town area, not too far too cycle with bike (we cycled multiple times a day into central bit of town with ease) at the prime sunset destination at sunset beach. They have a restaurant near reception that extends across the road where you can also sit on the beach and enjoy a beautiful dinner. Not expensive and fantastic food. Breakfast was awesome, you can choose your choice of breakfast off the menu, juice and coffee which is all included with the room price as well as bike provided to cycle the island. Staff were friendly and good value. Always smiling and happy to help. The rooms have a jungle vibe and are nicely finished, gorgeous outdoor bathroom with a coy fish pond. Beds and sheets are comfy and the room has great aircon. Tv even has Netflix. It was very cosy tucked away amongst beautiful greenery and bogan villia bushes. Pool is beautiful and relaxing. Perfect place for a little getaway. Photos are exactly what it looks like :)

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

Location is good, thats why i chose this hotel. Its not on the main street. But Im solo guy so this is best for me. Near to jetty and near to one and only night market and main night life area and all cafes. Hotel offers bikes rental and day trips with reasonable price. Its good enough for solo or couple who would go for diving for few days on the island. If u r in gili for more than 2 days, I’d suggest u go north to explore better hotels and different experiences on the island or meno or air would be for you. Very near to the beach for sun rise as well. Bfast is superb and other meals as well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pool is normal but they managed to use for the available space for it. Close to local mosque but they do provide some kinda ear plugs for that. But its just few mins during the day. Highly recommended. You cant expect very good hotels on the island with less crowded crowd and this is good enough for few days esp when its close to the jetty to leave.

A friendly welcome on arrival and a much appreciated cold drink before the thorough careful check-in. We were doing fun dives as we are both qualified. To board the dive boat, we had to cross the road and the beach, then step aboard. Ozzy was our dive guide, and he could not have been more helpful. Underwater, he continued to be helpful whilst showing great skill spotting creatures that I would never have seen. Water was 29 or 30 c, so I didn't want a wetsuit, diving is a T shirt. Visibility was well over 30m. An abundance of turtles, we also saw small sharks, and so much life of all sizes, right down to pigmy seahorse and minute transparent shrimps.
