The hotel is located near Paddington Railway Station. The neighborhood environment is relatively quiet and travel is convenient. There are also many small supermarkets, Chinese restaurants and fast food restaurants nearby.
The hotel's rooms are spacious and bright, with good sanitation.

The property is very well maintained and newly renovated. It has easy access to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. There is a very large Waitrose grocery store only 15 minutes walk away. There is a pub just one block away.

My only concern was the room was very small and for 2 adults with cases there wasn’t much room. Everything else was great. Location and accessibility to cafes, restaurants and transport was really good.

Just 4 nights stay as visiting a friend, room’s spacious, comfortable and clean. I arrived London super early due to early flight, the room wouldn’t be ready anyway but the staff had been very helpful in helping about the luggage storage.
Happy for my whole stay and will go back again

AC didn’t work, fire alarm one night followed by hall alarm, drunk/loud people woke me for prolonged periods 3 of 4 nights, people came and jiggled the door handle early in the morning. I think the staff care but the other guests and lack of air lead to poor sleep. Good location near Kensington and underground stations.

I was extremely happy with Sonder The Henry. I thought it was the best hotel to stay at in London for a first timer like myself. It was conveniently located next to a Big Bus Tour stop, which made it easy to get around. It was right across the street from a major park/garden. The only downside about the property is that you have to pay for housekeeping everyday but that was a minor convivence as the hotel proved you with free and fresh towels. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

I feel like a better description of this property would be calling it a “boutique hostel”: it was comfortable and adequate. The app key never worked, our appliances in the room were broken, and two of the three plugs were blown (looked like fire/smoke had been around one of them.) I tried to report it via the app, but it wouldn’t let me submit photos. The photos of the room on the listing were also incorrect (not as many pillows as advertised, which I know makes me sound bratty). I see what the Sonder was trying to do: make a contactless, trendy experience. I think their description and cool app set my expectations way higher than necessary. Overall, not a bad experience. It was a clean and cozy place to sleep.

Rooms pretty small but super clean and had everything you needed in them!
It was just a place to get my head down and I would definitely go back!
If you’re unfortunate enough to get the room opposite the lift like I was, although not super noisy but the door to the other 4 rooms is not soft close!

We stayed here as tourists. The property is convenient to Paddington Station as well as to Kensington Palace. The property is very well kept and the service mentality from staff is outstanding. The bedding and linens are quite sufficient. The one thing that clearly exceeded expectations was the shower facilities which included a waterfall shower head and a wand as well. The lifts are either new or just really well maintained. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. There are some eating options on the block including a Greek place that is really more like a good steakhouse. This was our first time with the Sonder brand and we were very favorably impressed.
