大峽谷附近較好的酒店，比想象的好，遊覽完大峽谷可以很快休息，打車很方便，附近也有農家菜館可以選擇，雖然很多旅行團入住，但沒有影響入住

房間布草沒有換的，晚上1多上床發現床單有好幾條頭髮，枕頭也是有睡過未睡的褶皺、讓多拿一雙拖鞋也不給，被發現布草沒換説去平台投訴才換布草和拿一雙拖鞋，這灑店服務差衞生差下次也不會來

1,訂房時顯示有洗衣間結果入住時卻告知維修中，經查早在3月前就已在維修，需要那麼久的時間嗎
2,訂了兩間房，結果廁所地面都是濕的有異味
3,櫃檯客服服務不夠親切也沒有笑容
4,代客叫車坐地哄抬價格，從飯店到大峽谷景區入口竟要價60元人民弊，查高德地圖打滴車資僅18元，飯店應配合有信譽的車行才是，而不是替車行幫腔，表示地屬偏僻很少有車，價高也是合理

先到武陵源逛了一下然後到張家界大峽谷遊玩，本着近一點就選擇了這家酒店，還不錯自己開車很方便，酒店前台小姐姐跟我説是新裝修的，進到房間看到裏面的裝修風格以及房間設施讓我很滿意，客房阿姨的服務也很好，晚上麻煩了幾次都非常積極滿臉笑容，讓人感覺很舒服，值得推舉的一家酒店！👍👍
