The hotel was in a good area. It was clean and tidy. Being over Christmas it was busy, we had a few issues with servicing but this was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very accommodating.
We were a bit noisy so management moved us to a more practical unit for our family needs, and consideration for other visitors.

Good access...good carparking..suitably sized..
However
Tiles in bathroom and bathroom window dirty ...skirting boards, drawers need cleaned .and found left over food from previous people in fridge.
Long hair and short hair on bathroom floor.

We had a family trip to Christchurch and this motel was ideal for us, comfortable, convenient to shopping centre with friendly staff.

Loved the staff, very helpful. Tired room with hair in the bathroom. Carpark was full as others staying had brought more than 1 car and only room for 1 car per room (which is sufficient) others should have only been allowed 1 car per room
