Chongqing Guanjun Hotel (Longhu Times Tianjie Medical University Branch)

This is the first time I have written a negative review since I joined Ctrip, because the check-in experience was really bad. First, the environment is noisy. can not sleep. I stayed there for three days and it was extremely noisy every morning. There was a constant banging sound upstairs, sometimes accompanied by the sound of an electric drill. Whether it was Saturday, weekend or weekday, there was a banging sound. It started around 7 or 8 o'clock and continued continuously. By noon, I couldn't sleep at all. On the first night, there was an all-night mahjong game in the next room until the morning. The sound of mahjong continued all night long. How could I sleep? Second, the way the front desk solves problems and the speed of dragging. I have reported to the front desk that the room is noisy and there are suspected renovation noises upstairs. When I responded for the first time, the front desk asked me to go check it out. After 20 minutes, there was still the sound of decoration upstairs. I called again and said I was busy and forgot. I made many calls and ran upstairs to check it out myself. I went back and forth for a long time. The problem is still unresolved, and the sound of renovations continues. On the second day, I personally ran downstairs and asked the front desk if there would be any renovations upstairs? The front desk said that they had not received any notification of renovations, and clearly told us that there were no renovation rooms. However, the sound of renovations continued the next morning, and this time it was accompanied by the sound of electric drills. It reflects the problem, but it cannot be solved at all. After asking, it was revealed that the hotel room was upstairs. Is there no docking work at the front desk? How can guests take a rest after being asked so many times? Third, the hotel’s safety factor is low. As soon as you open the door, there are small yellow cards on the floor in the room, and they are handed out every day in the corridor. Fourth, the hotel facilities are relatively old, and the water in the shower room leaks to the sink, and the water flows everywhere. Fifth, there are few types of breakfast. The overall stay experience is very poor. The sound of decorations upstairs and the sound of mahjong all night long were nerve-wracking. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The above evaluation is very objective and not exaggerated at all. . . . . . . . . .

The hotel is too old, the breakfast is very poor, and the location is difficult to find. It took me a few rounds to find it.

The sanitary conditions were very, very poor. When my friend woke up the next morning, he was allergic to mites on his face. He took allergy medicine, but it didn't help. He also went to the hospital to get two injections and lighting, which cost more than 400 yuan. The wall coverings on the roof will also fall off. My bag is full of wall ash and wall coverings, and there is also a lot of ash in the drawers. Fortunately, the service attitude of the front desk and the health aunt was pretty good, but the hygiene was really bad! ! ! ! ! !

性價比挺高的酒店，雖然不是在老市中心，但就在一號線石油路站邊上，去哪裡都很方便，旁邊就是龍湖天街，吃喝玩樂啥都有，晚上熱鬧的不行。酒店裝修有點老，但房間很大，隔音也好。早餐不錯，品種挺豐富的，還可以自己煮小麪。前台服務也很好，還給免費升級了房間。

房間裝修是老式中式風格，衞生還是挺乾淨的，服務態度這些都很好，自助早餐有中式的包子饅頭燒麥稀飯麪條等也有西式的牛奶慕斯蛋糕水果，還是很豐富，酒店離地鐵很近，出行很方便，值得推薦哦！

在這次重慶的旅途中，訂到喜歡的酒店超開心🥳～冠君酒店給了我滿意的體驗，從入住開始每一位工作人員態度都很好，讓人感到很舒服，房間住起來安靜又明亮，酒店的位置好方便，出門過個紅綠燈就是地鐵，還有特別多好吃的。火鍋小麪都很香😭還有一個超大的商場時代天街在旁邊可以逛。觀音橋解放碑都好有意思，對了大劇院那邊看夜景真的超美。。。。玩了幾天最後走的時候好捨不得走，哎重慶，我捨不得你。。。

酒店位置很好離時代天街很近 房間也非常的乾淨衞生 樓下就是便利店很方便哦 酒店附近吃的很多 很方便 買什麼都特別方便 地鐵站也很近 第一次來重慶入住了這個酒店感覺非常的好很棒 下次還會再來 哈哈哈哈 前台小姐姐很不錯 服務很好！棒棒的！！！

和朋友一起去重慶出遊，訂的大床房，確實很不錯，前台小姐姐服務超級好，確實是首選，距離室友路地鐵站非常近，交通方便，房間乾淨整潔，很適合回頭客
