The River Front Resort

Location, room conditions, housekeeping departments are good while food quality is poor. However there is no view of river. Only name is River Front. ***ager and front desk staffs are very polite. However Mr. Ra***and (Restaurant ***ager) is very rude and food quality is very poor especially kaju masala, dum aloo kashmiri etc. Green Salad was totally a disaster. Tomato in salad were rotten. It's highly unhygienic. Breakfast was also very very bad. Poha was not fully cooked. I suggest the resort ***agement to work on the politeness of staff especially Mr. Ra***and and improve the food quality. This type of rude staff and poor food quality will result in downfall of this resort

He just said we don't have fresh quality linens and duet cover if you wish you can leave the property or else use what we are offering . Poor ***agement at the hotel linens are overused which gives you uneasy feeling while using them . As the GM of the hotel is not bothered so housekeeping can't help it. Poor hotel ***ager.
