We spent here more days last week for a celebration. The visit was a pleasant surprise for me: a modern location and obvious efforts for keeping high standards. But...the neverending problem = the lack of staff. Here, for example, there is insufficient upkeep/maintenance team: impaired lock doors, a safety box closed [which they did not fix, despite our demand.], malfunction of HVAC device. In particular, the trouble with car parking: there is one much too small (only ab. 10 places) for a such large hotel (ab. 150 rooms). On the other hand - suitable trumps: large and comfortable rooms (as a superior category ones); good and various food for breakfast; young and kind desk staff, eager to learn and improve education. And I may their permission for a suggestion: get and keep the trend for environment-friendly servicing = it's not necessary to replace towels or glasses every day!...

The hotel rooms were lovely - modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I love the comfortable chair for relaxing in. The room came with a very well stocked mini bar, unlike a lot of hotels these days. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast compares to the best I have seen around the world and should satisfy most expectations. The Lotus Spa is well worth a visit - the masseuse are both exceptional and are highly recommended at the end of the day for a relaxing massage. The New York bar is lovely to relax in and it also has the advantage of an outdoor seating area for when the weather is warm. There is a ****** adjoining the hotel with an entrance fee of $100 that you get back in chips.

Location: The hotel is in a top location and you will need only a few minutes walk to the most famous attractions in Chisinau. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity. The service: The service does not open any wishes, as you live the mentality of ”the guest is King'' in this hotel! . Both carrying support for baggage and excellent service in breakfast restaurant, and the fact that all staff at the reception are standing as soon as a guest enters the lobby shows that you are not just here, , Luxury'' has written on the hotel's façade but that the welfare of the guest is absolute priority. The rooms: The rooms are furnished in the Communist Soviet style, but still do not leave any wishes open. Air conditioning, WIFI, Minibar & TV are standard in all rooms. Also, the rooms have heated towels and dressing boxes with a lamp that lights the dressing box when opening.

While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

i shall start with the positives , staff are super friendly , breakfast is great with good variety , parking is available , room space is convenient , what i didnt like , major hotel toiletries were not available , thin walls is a big problem in this hotel , you can literally here your neighbors next door , for light sleepers like myself is not easy to get a good night sleep , finally the location is far enough from the city center , although its closer to the airport and the Malldova ( if u re into shopping )

My stay at the hotel : No elevator , no toiletries , no napkins , no water . Good thing next to it , go and buy .Everything on the site says that is included in the cost , and not in the living.The only plus is pure . In the bed room , the mattress is terrible , all in springs , it is impossible to lie . On the respiratory girl Yulia , not welcoming , not even greeting and this staff member is respiratory ? ! It's as if she came home to her. The appearance is not fit for the hotel , not presentative , not even a badge of name (and I am 4 stars for a minute)It doesn't even sit in its workplace , it is always not on the respiratory.I want to pay attention to the hotel management , Whom they take to work .And so you can stay without customers .I do not recommend anyone for such money ,stay in this hotel .

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent, central location on a nice pedestrian street adjacent to a lovely park. And the service was great. The front desk staff helped me arrange guided tours of Moldova and also secured my transport to the airport. Very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here while visiting Chisinau.
