I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 pm, and there was no staff on duty. Later, a guest told me that there was no one during the one-hour shift change, and check-in was not until 9 o'clock. This is a backpacker's dormitory. I booked a single room (definitely not marked with *** meters), close to the main road, with only bunk beds and lockers, no tables or stools, a lot of hair on the sheets, and the bathroom and kettle were shared with everyone. Because I didn't bring a towel, I went to bed without taking a shower.
I strongly recommend that Ctrip terminate its partnership with this hotel. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life.

Hostel is kept in very clean conditions, staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very ideal and it is a very social hostel. They are always looking to improve the hostel which is very good and are always happy to receive and implement feedback received

Excellent hostel, cosy rooms with bed lights. Near a park with swings and the historic Landsdowne. Rory is very friendly and all the staff are great, they have cool uniform, they just need more signs about recycling.

MM Broadway is a cosy little hostel at the edge of the city center which seems to be split evenly between longterm stays and travellers. I myself came as a longterm stay and ended up staying there for roughly 5 months. The vibe of the hostel is chill and comfortable. Travelling solo you are immediately made welcome and integrated into the group. If you are looking for a social hostel (not a party hostel) with a personality: come to Broadway!!!
