Very convenient place near by local market to hang around . Arcade bus terminal just walking distance. Nice clean room. Friendly hotel staff and peaceful location . we love the breakfast provided by hotel 👍️👍️

- I found a lot of bugs in my room, even with the windows and balcony shut. (Image of the bug attached. I saw 3 appeared during my stay) - Hotel was undergoing a renovation during my stay, so it made it very unpleasant. - No hair dryer available. Receptionists were quite helpful so 3 stars.

The receptionist is very helpful and friendly to help me in getting contact with Thailand Travel Taxi. As I faced big trouble with 12GO. They didn't arrangement for my transportation frim the hotel to Chiamg Rai Airport. I was in the rush to be there for my next flight to Singapore. But thanks the guy tt waa on duty on 2nd Jan at noon time. 🙏🏼🙏🏻🙏😁❤️

The room is spacious. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for solo travelers and family. The location is also great, many eateries nearby and close to railway station. Would stay here again next time.

Good location to the center of Chiangmai, Even, it is quite old and some wood-old smell. Good budget hotel.

The location is rather nice, but not the best because it's not close from the old town. Also, it has a range of great and affordable restaurants nearby to it. Also, there's a 7eleven close to it. The beds, I found a bit hard to sleep on. For breakfast, they offer mostly two meals -- one of them I enjoyed and had it in my stay time (omelet and sausages) and the lady working at the restaurant is very nice and friendly. I found her returning a 1000 Baht note to a guest because he forgot it when he had breakfast. In general, the staff of the hotel are friendly, but their English is not the best. So, have Google Translate in hand in case you need it.

Not too hard to access this hotel, all the things were average.

Love the environment and the receptionist was great and helpful
