Room was clean. Location is super staff i'd courteous. I was staying in 2 bed room, room space bit tight and some lwakages of water in toilet. Else great

The place is also more convenient. There is KFC McDonald's and a pedestrian street nearby, but the wifi is unreachable, and the house may be newly renovated and smell, but there is an exhaust fan, but the noise is not good. Breakfast is edible, overall it is cost-effective, after all, the price is not high. Living is very comfortable, everything in the bathroom is OK, the bed is comfortable, so it is suitable for travel.

Good location of the hotel. Excellent vegetarian food. Service is very good. They employ a number of differently abled persons. I admire this humane attitude of the management. Rooms are good. A little bit of refurbishing of the bathrooms would make this even more attractive. Overall i would like to use this hotel for my future visits to chennai. Strongly reccommond this hotel which is also a great value for money.

I have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Really not much to complain about this hotel. I was in Chennai on biz, the service was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food is great and there is a nice bar to catch up with your local partners at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Room & Food were good. However, Service was very poor, Tea ordered brought in after 2 Hrs! Wheelchair facilities very bad for Senior Citizens. Valet Services needs to be properly coordinated by the Hotel ***agement.

The location of the hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, but it is relatively remote and there is no shopping mall or supermarket. The room rates are too expensive, and the five-star hotel in the city center is only half the price of the hotel I stayed in.

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with ***y varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the ***ager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

Second time staying at GRT hotel (T Nagar). Location is very convenient and the services which they provided are good. Overall, I had a safe and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
