I'm staying last 2 weeks the environment of this hotel is too good specially ( jitu mohanty) from 3rd floor he is so helpful ...he is so profession in his work... I'm so enjoying his service ...best service ..thank u so much jitu ...have a lovely day brother

Stayed for 2 months.Excellent cleaning and maintainence provided on 3rd floor by Jeetu Mohanty and co! Libion from the gym is also a great professional, and regularly took efforts to help. Thoroughly recommend staying here! Food and other facilities are also top notch!

I am Sivakumar and a PWD person who stayed in Citadines for business accommodation since a month the hotel serving person all are kind hearted person who helped a lot and helped me to move a wheelchair also room cleaning are perfect daily once they cleaning a room particularly Nijamual help me a lot and food also very hygienic in breakfast room one lady help me get a food thanks her.Also room contains TV,free Wifi ,Balcony and then Kitchen items are available like water kettle,bread toaster and then induction stove and some plates spoons etc available mainly fire extinguisher available.I think this is a best experience for me in professional ***ner and particularly security officer Injamamul helped me a lot ***y times and reception staff always gave me more respect for me. Thank you Citadines staffs and workers

Nice hotel with smart people working and great rooms. Supportive staff and location that was plus. Comes with kitchen on some units..: Got elevated to one of those rooms and enjoyed the stay. Will visit again if I come back to Chennai.

It was a overall pleasant stay with all basic amenities. Quite surprised with the quick check-in process. The staff were available on-request. Want to stay away from the buzzing team calls, this place would be ideal. Worth the money.

This is an oasis for person like me who knows nothing of Tamil and the hostile weather of Chennai. We stayed for 3 Nights with kid. The staff speak Hindi and English fluently, ah which is a big relief in this city. The room allocated had issues and Mr Raj was considerate to change it the next day on my request. We had opted for a 1 BHK studio which was very neat and clean. I could cook and wifi was good to work with. The Kitchen utensils were good enough for my purpose. Washing machine has super dry option so you can do the laundry yourself. TV had only Tamil channels, on my request they enabled English channels. Breakfast spread was very good and they kept changing the menu everyday. Msala Dosa is a must try. The staff is very good and helpful, they greet you with a smile all the time. Mr Anil Kumar is very sweet and helpful, helped us with booking a taxi when language was an issue while ola and uber rejecting the bookings as we couldn't speak Tamil. House keeping is too good, room was cleaned everyday. Water dispenser instead of water bottles is a very good idea. The Dinner at the Delhi Highway restaurant was below average in taste. Would prefer food ordered from Swiggy's Geetham restaurant. A special mention - the swimming coach, he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I saw him saving a kid who almost drowned in the Jacuzzi. Kudos to him! Parents should do a better job here. Pool maintenance is very good , which is adjacent to a Jacuzzi and kids pool. There is also steam and sauna, but the weather will make you not go for it. All in all a great place to stay! I would come back again.
