The receptionist was very very rude, i asked that i book a double bed not single bed. Then he asked to cancel the booking. Very bed experience.

Easy to reach, silent in the middle of the crowd. Nice food. Space in the wash room is a limitation.

Executive deluxe room - but the size is very less. Dirty towels, no hot water, room is very dirty, ac not working, too costly, room boys, watchmen are very much interested in tips not in work. Watchmen have dealing with local autos. No friendly approach. Very rude. Worst experience. No hospitality. Rough

Since it is just opposite to chennai egmore rely station it is convenient for tourist etc. So far so facilities are concerned it is so so. Room rent can not be justified.

Staff good and made efforts to please. chennai is not easy and the hotels location is very low-down city with no obvious western influences. Not it's fault i accept and neither was i offended. The room was clean, the bed and linen good. Arriving at around 22:45 provided us with no food of any sort and eventually were given water. Again i accept this will occur in local hotels that are not 4 or 5 star international standard status; you get what you pay for and is not a necessarily a complaint. What is, is on waking next day the curtain thought to covering the window was covering a window to nothing, no natural light at all. Lights out at any time provides total blackout!
however, it met expectations in locating opposite egmore train station and an 08:30 train to pondicherry so easy a task!
if i had to do it again i would ensure a super-super de-lux room with lots of windows and space and accept the negatives above which as a non-native come across as unfair.

Ideal location for people using trains from egmore station. I had to travel to madurai and was very convenient as i had to catch the train at 6 in the morning. Food variety is ok. The taste was good. Egmore surroundings need a lot of improvements
