First of all, I would like to praise the front desk lady Yu Xiao, who was very considerate. When I checked in, the lady found that I was a little uncomfortable, so she prepared brown sugar water and a waist warmer for me, and also sent me breakfast. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel lobby was also very large, and it was very convenient to wash clothes. There were both washing and drying. The bed at Atour was very comfortable to sleep on, which was great.

Hygiene: Very clean. Service: Very considerate. They served tea as soon as we arrived, greeted us warmly, and provided hot water. Facilities: Good, especially the robot food delivery is very fast. The hotel is close to Chongqing No. 1 Middle School, and the transportation is very convenient. It is very close to the Three Gorges Square on foot, just a few minutes away, and you can drink Cha Yan Yue Se in a few steps! You can get a taxi when you go out, and it is very close to Ciqikou. I stayed for a few nights and the starting price to Shapingba High-speed Railway Station. The parking lot is also very large. The hotel parking lot has two floors, which is very good and completely enough for parking. The manual lifting barrier of the parking lot is also very safe. The hotel also has free underground parking and charging piles. The parking lot is very convenient next to the hotel. There is no odor in the room. The service is also great. Recommended

The location is very good, very close to Line 3 and Line 1. The apartment building is old and the address on Ctrip has not changed. Fortunately, the boss called me promptly to tell me that the address had been moved to another building. Fortunately, I was the only one who checked in that day, and I was ecstatic. The environment is almost like an ordinary student dormitory. The boss will provide earplugs if it is close to the street. This location in the city is well worth less than 100 yuan. And the boss has a lot of great books and cats. Catsđ„șđ„șđ„ș are really cute, but you have to close the door or they will play with you. Read books + pet cats + stay and make a lot of money~

The location of the hotel is my favorite. It is right next to the west gate of Sichuan University and relatively close to popular business districts. The hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean, and the stay is very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Taking a taxi is very fast. The rooms are relatively new and very close to the subway station! Highly recommended.

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are well maintained. It is located in the mall, so it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Although the hotel is a chain hotel, the facilities are really good, including a lobby bar and a book bar. The front desk also upgraded it to a king-size bed room with a garden for free. It is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and drink a cup of coffee and bask in the sun. Recommended!

Very satisfied with the stay experience. The hotel lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, very good! I originally booked other hotels later, but I was very satisfied with the stay here, so I decisively refunded the other hotels and continued to stay here. I would like to especially thank the manager Zou Huaiqin at the front desk. She was my housekeeper during my stay. The lady was super nice. She patiently helped me deal with any problems, was serious and responsible, and answered all my questions. It left a deep impression on me. I will recommend it to my family and friends and look forward to coming again.

When I came to Chengdu, I saw this hotel online. It was very nice and had good reviews. I booked it for one day with a try-it attitude. Before I checked in, the host would ask me what time I would check in and how to get here. They would send me the location and check-in instructions. The host would inform me in advance. Because it is an apartment-style homestay, I need to pay for parking by myself. It costs two yuan per hour. It is underground and there are enough parking spaces. In such hot weather, I can find an underground parking lot. The parking fee is acceptable. I am very satisfied with this aspect. I had some good impression before I checked in. It was a bit troublesome to go upstairs for the first time. I needed to call the property to open the building door. , and then went to the first floor to find the housekeeper to press the elevator. At first I didn't understand why it was so troublesome. When I got to the building, I found that there were very few people and it was relatively quiet. Maybe this was their starting point. I suddenly felt that it was not so troublesome. When I entered the room, there were large floor-to-ceiling windows, soft leather beds, sofa furniture with good texture, a fresh air system, and a dry and wet separated bathroom. It was so clean that I couldn't see a single hair. The cleaning lady was also attentive. After staying for one night, I felt good and decisively booked three days. The housekeeper also gave me corresponding discounts. I was quite satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is old and definitely need some renovations, but my room was clean and cozy with aircoinditioning and window. There is no soundproofing so you can easily hear everything from outside and from the corridor. The staff is very nice and helpful, they were always asking me if I need something, one of them could also speak english!
The bed is very hard but I got used to it, they provide slippers and the necessary toiletteries. The location is quite good, you can find sharing bike right in front of the hotel and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. To enter the hotel you must go up the stairs, the staff helped me to carry my luggage.
There is also a terrace with some chairs and table where you can chill and a very cute dog.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

GGuest UserVery professional parent-child hotel. Professional means being able to grasp the needs of families with children. Children are happy and adults are naturally satisfied. The hot spring pool is open from 10 am to 11 pm. There are many indoor and outdoor pools, and children have fun playing. The small river island also greatly satisfies the children's desire to explore. There are also various facilities in the small river. Children should not be too happy. Praise the staff Zhang Yongjie. He is very nice. Seeing that we can't row a boat, he took the initiative to take us two adults and two children for a walk in the river. Jintang Sofitel is not a very popular hotel. If people are not crowded, the experience will be pulled up again. It is recommended that parents who are afraid of crowding check in, and they will definitely come with excitement and return with satisfaction.

YYenThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

JJessyT.Really lovely hostel! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they speak perfect English! They have free events which was fun and an awesome way to meet other backpackers! We stayed in a private room, which was nice! The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice! Just sometimes no hot water for showering at night. Overall really good hostel, would definitely come back! Oh and lots of good restaurants and convenient stores around.

AAnonymous UserThe location is remote, totally unexpected. We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
