離東站很近，樓下就有吃的，經濟實惠，適合出差旅遊，換乘...老闆熱情，找不到路，老闆還會出來接。愉快的體驗。性價比也很高。下次來還住這家，強烈推薦！！！

衹能説好評都是刷的，體驗太差了。房子是一個大屋子隔出來的幾個，環境差就算了，牆還是木板牆，早上五點被隔壁屋吵醒，電吹風一直在吹，不知道到底在幹嘛，5點吹到了6點半一直不停。隔音太差，睡不好覺。

酒店位於成都東站旁邊，趕高鐵很方便，房間乾淨衞生，環境也不錯，是出行不錯的選擇，價格也很便宜，總體不錯。

不能不説服務還是很周到的，但是環境實在有點兒差，飲水機周圍有小強🪳，主要是電源插座都不好用🥺必須想辦法才能使用。

在小區內的單元房內，有幾間出租做客房，房間不大，衞生間小的可憐，洗漱池很小，水龍頭🚰一開水就濺的到處是水，馬桶沒有，蹲坑伺候，如果夏天 洗澡就太成問題了！轉身都費勁，但好在裏車站很近，走路幾分鐘，適合趕車的湊合一下

定位偏，要聯繫對方才能入住，空調不熱，凍感冒了，住一晚就走圖便宜可以，注意室內不提供礦泉水，一次性拖鞋，紙巾也很少，煮水壺的確不會用，但打開還有污水煮沙子就過分（忘記拍照了）。小區房改造的賓館，運氣不好住的3棟，就在馬路邊上，跟躺馬路上睡覺一樣，但不過百的標間，真的便宜
