The newly opened Atour, the decoration and hygiene are impeccable, and the deep sleep pillow of Atour is well-deserved. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the high-floor room, the view is very good, the other side tower, you can also see Lushan. The hotel parking lot is full and you can also park in the surrounding parking lot. The hotel can reimburse it, which is very user-friendly. The location is not far from Shanghu and Lushan and various attractions. It is recommended to friends who come to Changshu to travel.

The hygiene and environment are both great, and the service attitude is especially wonderful! I'd like to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk who helped with check-in; she was very thoughtful and helped us upgrade to a room with a balcony. The facilities are also very complete. You can even access the mall across the street directly from the hotel's second floor via a sky bridge – the view of Qinhu Lake is really nice! The only minor drawback is that the room door isn't very soundproof. You can hear conversations in the corridor crystal clear, especially in the morning. If you happen to have kids staying next door, their chattering, and the constant opening and closing of doors make it impossible to sleep in.

This hotel was an amazing experience! The smart home features throughout were a thoughtful touch, and the gym, laundry room, restaurant, and parking facilities were all excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and our room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. There's even a self-service coffee machine and tea in the lobby – they really paid attention to all the little details. My stay here was fantastic!

I booked this hotel when I went to climb Yushan Mountain in Changshu. Considering it was during the Qingming holiday, the price was quite good. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, offering great value for money. Friends visiting Changshu should definitely consider it. There's also a fantastic restaurant near the hotel with amazing big meat buns and all-you-can-eat congee. The owner is very kind, and the food exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was very attentive, the rooms were relatively clean, and the breakfast selection was sufficient for a simple meal. Overall, it offered good value for money and is worth recommending.

I spent a long time choosing where to stay for this trip, and I'm so glad I picked this place. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking – watching the sky change from golden to pink and purple from the terrace with my loved one by my side made me feel like life was incredibly beautiful in that moment. The room was so clean I could walk around barefoot, and the bedding was super comfortable, letting me sleep soundly until I naturally woke up. Next time I'm in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again.

The hotel location is perfect. Near the walking street. However, the hotel was very noisy and had bad security. I hope they can improve the security in the future. (Only the hotel customer can access to the floor who is staying..

The room was very clean, and the private parking lot made parking super convenient. It's connected to a commercial complex, which is incredibly handy, and the surrounding area is also very nice. The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast restaurant had a wide variety of options, so much so that it felt like we got both breakfast and lunch in one meal. The dining environment was also excellent.

The room is very clean, very quiet at night, the breakfast is also quite rich, it is convenient to book on Ctrip, the surrounding area is also close to the attractions, the price is reasonable, it is very comfortable to live in a room by yourself

The hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.
