The window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.

自己看這衞生 床上有毛髮 馬桶也臟 還有上一個客人吃東西剩下的殘留物 這是豪華大床房哦 衞生 真的很拉 電腦也是古早低配電腦 衹能看視頻

停車收15，白色床單被罩都變成黑色，電視，電腦都是壞的。室內所有的開關壞的有一半。。。

這次到張家界旅遊經過住了一晚，酒店乾淨衞生，服務熱情，周邊有歡樂城，好聲音KTV，購物娛樂吃飯東很方便，有免費停車場，推薦入住。
