Room is cold, aircon is not strong enough to cover even the bed
Location is acceptable, short drive to the city center
The reception was unhelpful and very inflexible in accommodating requests to keep the same room for back to back bookings
Would check out other hotels in future

Have stayed here a couple of times but this time was disappointed when I arrived 30 minutes after check in and the room clean had not been completed.
Despite this inconvenience the room was up to the usual standard and the meal - via room service was delicious.

I did not like that they don’t do room service everyday and we need to tell in advance … someone need to tell before or check in .. I know it was in doc but if you checkout late then you can’t plan ..
